July 1st 2017,
e-arena has moved to its own house, a dedicated server with lots of power!
There were lots of changes under the hood for e-arena such as:
From Apache2 to nginx.
From a Linux kernel 2.6(!!!!!) to 4.4!
From MariaDB 10.0 to MariaDB 10.2.
There were other changes as well that I will not mention but the site now is safer, faster and more flexible!
Also I’d like to mention that from now on the server will have frequent updates and will always be in touch with latest advancements in server software.
